League History
The South Jersey Hockey League continues to provide a competative offering for adult hockey in the Delaware Valley region. Our league currently stands at 8 teams featuring 4 from New Jersey and 4 from Pennsylvania that compete in two annual seasons consisting of 18-24 games per season. The SJHL prides itself in offering one division for the best talent in the area to compete for the SJHL Championship season to season. Thank you to all the players and captains that have grown the league over the last seven seasons as we move toward our 5th year anniversary!
